Ruffle bottom pants with matching shirt

























I have several fabrics to choose from to match together. Pants can be made long, cropped, or as shorts, or I can make a skirt.

    I absolutly love these outfits....Is there any for first birthdays???? I want something like this for my babys first birthday in April. Her theme is gonna be hugs and stitches (butterflies and flowers) thank you!
